1. Acceptance of the terms
By using the Magisters AI website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Human Synthesis, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Magisters AI is a software platform that uses artificial intelligence for case and file analysis, legal document review and drafting, client management and electronic-signature workflows, intended for legal professionals, companies and individuals.
3. The Service is not legal advice
Magisters AI is a software tool. Its output — analyses, documents, answers — is informational and assistive in nature and does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion or legal representation. Generated documents must be reviewed by a licensed legal professional before use. Notarial deeds are authenticated exclusively by a notary public and are signed at the notary office, as required by law. Responsibility for the use of the output rests with the user.
4. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not to upload content you have no right to process, not to attempt to compromise the platform’s security, and to respect the rights of third parties, including professional secrecy and the protection of your clients’ personal data.
6. Electronic signature
Electronic-signature workflows are provided through external trust service providers under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS). The legal relationship regarding certificate issuance and signature validity is established between the user and the respective provider, under that provider’s terms.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, the brand and the website content belong to Human Synthesis. The documents and data you upload remain yours; you grant us only the technical licence needed to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Human Synthesis is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service and does not warrant that AI output is error-free — which is why human review by a professional is mandatory by design. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Romania, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
