How current is the legislative database? +
The legislative database is continuously updated: consolidated legislation, case law and doctrine. Every answer cites its exact source — article, paragraph, decision — so you can verify everything.
What happens to my clients’ data? +
Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per office and never used to train AI models. Processing complies with the GDPR, and on request data is exported or deleted.
Is the electronic signature legally recognised? +
Yes. Signing is done through external trust service providers, including qualified electronic signatures under the eIDAS Regulation — legally equivalent to a handwritten signature. Notarial deeds are still signed before the notary, as required by law.
